Well up at 5:45am coz you know what they say...early bird catches the worm...except there was no worms, but made friends with a pheasant....you could say i was pheasantly surprised ha ha ha ha ha ....anyway i must be off!!! Enjoy

you bastard these beans are ridiculously hot. who would cook them to this temperature.
tip for the top: (i gather most people already know this) boil a kettle full of water and tip it into a pan; instead of boiling the water in the pan which takes ages, to make some pasta well quickish.
